and Dance Masterpieces

A 60-piece Ballet San Jose Silicon Valley Orchestra conducted by Rui Zhang accompanies renowned artists in presenting enchanting multi-disciplinary music and dance masterworks.

• Yellow River! Piano Concerto and Dance Suite
The powerful contemporary dance suite Yellow River! and the Yellow River Piano Concerto, both awarded as “Masterpieces of the 20th Century in China,” will be performed live on the same stage. Yellow River! dance suite performed by BSJSV and CPAA dancers; Yellow River Piano Concerto performed by pianist Dr. Jonathan Jou and BSJSV Orchestra.

• Butterfly Lovers Violin Concerto and Dance Drama
The two-thousand-year old love story performed by CPAA principal dancers with live orchestra for the first time. Butterfly Lovers Violin Concerto performed by violinist Ryan Chen and BSJSV Orchestra.
